What is Paylap HRMS?
An HR app for Indian businesses. Staff clock in with their face, the app counts the days, works out every salary with PF and ESI, and sends the payslip. You approve. It works on iPhone, Android and the web.
Who is it for?
Businesses with roughly 5 to 500 staff: shops, factories, construction sites, offices, restaurants, clinics, schools and field teams. One owner account can run several companies.
Is the app free to download?
Yes. Paylap HRMS is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. Paid plans start after the free trial; see the pricing page for current plans.
How is payroll calculated?
Monthly salary divided by calendar days gives the per-day rate. That is multiplied by paid days, extras are added, and PF, ESI, unpaid leave and advance recovery are taken off. The payroll shows its working.
Can I fix a figure before approving?
Yes. Everything is editable while the payroll is a draft. Approved by mistake? Send it back to draft. Only a paid payroll is permanent.
